STP Travel Group ("STP", "we", "us") helps travelers find and book all-inclusive resort trips. This page explains what information we collect on this website (resorts.stptravelgroup.com), how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have a question, call or text us at 347-699-6596.

Information we collect

When you use the trip-match form (the "Get my free trip match" form): your first name, mobile phone number, email address, and, if you choose to give them, your trip type, destination, month of travel and number of travelers. We also record that you agreed to be contacted, and the page you were on.

When you send a booking request: the room you chose and any add-ons; your name, mobile phone, date of birth and email; each traveler's title, name, date of birth, email, phone and emergency contact; any special requests; and your electronic signature and agreement to the booking terms. Names and dates of birth must match each traveler's passport so we can book correctly.

How you found us: if you arrive through a link that carries marketing information (for example utm_source or a Facebook or Google click ID) or from another website, we keep that source along with your request so we know which post or ad reached you. This is kept in your browser's local storage and is sent with your request only if you submit a form.

We do not collect payment card or bank details on this website. After we confirm your room, we send a secure payment link separately.

How we use it

To answer your request, confirm room availability, prepare your quote and complete your booking.
To text, call and email you about that request, including sending payment links and trip details.
To share the traveler details needed to make the reservation with the resort and other travel suppliers who provide your trip.
To keep records of your request and of the consent you gave, and to understand which of our posts and pages bring in requests.
To protect the site and prevent spam and misuse, and to meet legal obligations.

Text messages and email

By ticking the box on our form you agree that STP Travel Group may text and email you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us by phone at 347-699-6596, and we will stop. Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of buying anything. We do not share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Who handles your information

We use Google services (Google Sheets, Google Apps Script and Gmail) to receive and store requests and to send email, and Cloudflare to host this website. These providers process information for us under their own terms and security practices, and they may record technical data such as your IP address when you visit. The resorts, airlines and other suppliers you book through receive the traveler details needed to complete your reservation. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Cookies and similar technology

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies today. It uses your browser's local storage to remember where you came from and to keep a booking request you started on the same device. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this page first.

How long we keep it

We keep requests and booking records for as long as we need them to serve you, to keep business and tax records, and to resolve disputes, then delete or anonymize them.

Security

Requests are sent to us over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored in access-controlled accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can opt out of texts and emails at any time. Call or text 347-699-6596. We may need to keep some information, for example for an existing booking, as the law or our suppliers require.

Children

This website is for adults planning travel. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
